Our u13 hurlers hosted Clonad Trumera in the 5th round of the league.

This was a titanic battle for both sides, with Portarlington coming out on top by 5 points.

In the first half goals from Ben Petriw, Noah McCluskey and Ryan Murphy gave Port a two point lead going in at half time.

Portarlington started the second half much stronger and goals from Callum Walsh and Maitiu Hopkins kept Port in the lead, although Clonad got some nice scores of their own. Portarlingtons defence had to again dig in deep and kept a strong forward line at bay.

This was overall a very good team performance and they should be very proud of themselves.
