Portarlington U13s advance to the Division 1 final with a tremendous performance away yesterday evening in Arles Killeen.

Na Fianna Og tried early on to break the Portarlington defence but a well marshalled back line lead by Cian Intharaphan continued to intercept the attacks and build from the back with free flowing football.

Port went in at the half 1-06 to 0-4 ahead.

The second half started very well for Port with a quick move leading to Aiden O'Reilly finishing to the back of the net.

Port pushed further ahead with goals from Noah McCluskey and Patrick Emerson. Only in the last few minutes did Na Fianna score their goals to close the margin.

There were great performances across the field on the Port team.

Portarlington are into the Division 1 final which will be played this Sunday morning in the LOETB COE at 11 o'clock.
