Portarlington vs Mountmellick U 13 hurling championship.

Our u13 hurlers were out in the 3rd round of the championship last night in McCann Park. With very harsh weather conditions Portarlington played some lovely hurling and were rewarded with some nice scores. Again our defence played excellent and were very strong in holding off a strong forward line. Portarlington went a point up with 6 minutes left but unfortunately Mountmellick got two quick goals to win by 3 points on a score line of 3-03 to 1-06.
